Refund policy

Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of when you received it, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Please contact us at info@urbanfeetandskate.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund for an item returned without prior return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags still attached, including the Urban Feet barcode. Shoes must be in the original box.

Refunds for defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Shipping:
To return your item for a refund, please ship it to: Urban Feet and Skate, 329 W. 6th St., San Pedro, CA 90731.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
