Shipping policy

Urban Feet and Skate Fulfillment and Shipping Policies: 

Orders received by 2:00 PM PST will be shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping methods are standard ground service by either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping chargers for either UPS or USPS will be displayed at check-out.

At this time, Urban Feet and Skate is only able to fulfill orders to customers located in the Continental United States.

Urban Feet and Skate is not liable for orders delivered then reported lost or stolen.

Returns require authorization.  Please contact Orders@UrbanFeetandSkate.com if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.  We want every customer 100% satisfied.  We do require request for returns to be received within 30 days of order date.
